What Treespot Kraków is?
Treespot is an urban information system. You can find here up-to-date informations about places worth seeing in Cracow, upcoming events as well as interesting walking and bike routes.

Treespot consist of:

Website (available also in lite version for mobile devices)
Mobile app for iOS, Android and JAVA
Hotspot network in the city

Website collects the most interesting places, events and routes in the city, dedicated not only for tourists, but mainly for city's residents. The main purpose of up-to-date and accurate datapase is to provide information "here and now".

Mobile app presents website contents in an easy and intuitive way. It displays interesting places and events based upon GPS position of the device owner, so she or he can find every open establishment nearby, current events and routes for sightseeing.

The network of hotspots installed across the city provides the user with an access to Treespot Kraków database and allows she or him to connect with the Internet using Wi-Fi.

Additionally, in many spots in the city, we distributed QR codes connecting with Treespot lite.

Places, routes and events form the core of the Treespot system. They are divided into carefully chosen categories. Thanks to the broad database of historical monuments, sport venues, entertainment venues, service venues, hotels, restaurants, clubs, museums, events, routes, one can quickly choose the best option for leisure at current time based upon various criteria. The database is upgraded with the descriptions of places, their opening times, addresses and photos.

The content is prepared with conscientious effort by the people related with Cracow for years. They are passionate about city's history, its nightlife, cultural life, as well as its everyday life. That's why the tourist using the system as well as Cracow citizen will find most of crucial information here. What's important, the content is updated by the editing team, members of which search for the most interesting events and places in Cracow.

Geolocation

Treespot Kraków is augmented with the map where objects currently interesting the user are shown. Mobile app uses Globa Positioning System (GPS) and adjust the diplayed routes, events and places to the user's current position.

Both the website and an app allows the user to manualy adjust hers or his position by drawing the stick figure to the desired spot. The page or the app are instantly refreshed and the objects are displayed according to the new position.

The cinema and theatre times are provided by coigdzie.pl.
